Jeremy Newman, CPA, is the owner of Newman Certified Public Accountant, PC (“Newman CPA”), which provides audit and tax services for common interest realty associations – community associations – in the western states. Jeremy formed his firm in 2008, after working in controller and chief financial officer positions at a national senior housing company and a national homebuilder, as well as an audit manager with a “Big 4” audit firm. Newman CPA has grown annually, and has provided audit, review, tax, special projects, agreed-upon procedures engagements to thousands of associations. Our firm’s clients include single-family developments, condominiums, mixed-use, commercial, large-scale, high-rise, senior housing associations. The firm prepares articles for CAI and other industry group publications.
