Meet The Managers: A Reverse Trade Show is a unique event that is like speed dating, where management companies are the “exhibitors” and Business Partners meet with them, by appointment, to learn more about each other and how they might be able to work together. It’s a one stop shop to make connections and get the ball rolling on the year’s to-do list!

Meet the Managers – A Reverse Trade Show is a fantastic, new, networking event where the management companies are the “exhibitors”! This unique event will move along at a rapid pace. A limited number of Business Partner representatives will meet with management companies by appointment (6 minutes – just like speed dating). There will be 20 management companies represented with a few having multiple tables by class of business (i.e. condo, HOA & new development, etc.). This will allow each to learn more about the other and how they might work together. It’s a one-stop-shop to make connections and it’s sure to be an action-packed event!

12:30 – 1:00 pm

(packet pickup includes appointment schedule)

Appetizers & Networking With All Participants

2:00 – 4:00

Reverse Trade Show Appointments
(6-minute scheduled appointments with 2 minutes in-between)

4:00 to 5:30

Networking Reception with Appetizers & Beverages

Business Partner Participation

Business Partners will rotate, speed dating style, to the management company tables. Up to two people from each company may attend, but there are only 32 company slots available.

Business Partners will have the opportunity to request priority of the management companies they wish to meet with, and we will do our best to accommodate requests with a maximum of eight appointments.

At the time of check-in, you will receive your list of appointments and contact info for each management company participant.

The number of Business Partner attendee slots is limited and will sell out so reserve your spot early!
