Michael Arndt | CT II Project Technologist/Consultant is a Project Technologist/Consultant in RDH’s Seattle office who focuses on existing buildings and how to make them more resilient. He is involved in condition assessments and investigations, and he provides support for all stages of existing building projects. As the RDH lead expert on the state of Washington’s Clean Buildings Performance Standard, he approaches buildings holistically and includes long-term planning for building owners. Michael is also a Certified Level II Thermographer (CT II).
