Performance Standard

Michael Arndt, BST, is a Project Technologist/Consultant at RDH Building Science Inc. in Seattle. RDH provides a multitude of services to building owners throughout the world focusing on making buildings better through the integration of science, design, and construction expertise. Michael has been working in construction since his youth and has been a consultant in the construction field for over 15 years. His focus is on existing buildings and how to make them more resilient. He is the lead for RDH on the Clean Buildings Performance Standard and is involved in whole-building analysis, failure analysis of building components, building assessments, and is a Certified Infrared Thermographer. He manages renovation projects in Washington State from lighthouses, historic sites, towers, multifamily and single-family homes.
