Chargeable EVs:
A Scalable Electric Vehicle Charging Program for Community Associations
The demand for electric car charging is growing for every Association in the state of Washington. Recent laws passed by Governor Inslee focus on car charging in Associations and require all new car sales to be electric by the year 2030. As more and more condominium Owners buy electric vehicles, they will want the capability to charge their car at home. How will Managers and Board Directors respond to this challenge? Solutions to this challenge will likely impact your Association’s infrastructure, finances, livability, home values, and quality of life. Our presentation seeks to provide you some tools and insight to find the right solution for your Association.
