Asphalt & Concrete Maintenance Solutions for High Traffic Clientele
This presentation will provide managers with the knowledge to identify the common issues and solutions that condominiums and HOAs face with shared parking lots, roads, and sidewalks. Many contractors and proposals look the same. The questions you ask them and the questions they ask you are what determine how expectations ultimately meet final project results. We will walk you through what to look for when you’re surveying your sites and what to ask yourself when developing a plan of action based on those findings.
