Devin Craig is on a mission to help organizations and the people within them to flourish. He equips them to develop awesome workplace cultures through honing clarity, building “super people managers” and creating highly cohesive teams.
Devin authored the book Super Manager: How to Unlock People and Organizational Performance and Potential through Great People Leadership. He has a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga and a Bachelors in Political Science from UW. Devin has managed people at various levels in a wide variety of organizations ranging from Fortune 500s to small independently owned franchises and even the military. His approach to teaching, training, coaching, consulting and leading can best be described as “simple, fun and effective.”
Devin has helped thousands of people to become better managers, succeed as new or experienced managers, build high performing teams and foster awesome work cultures. He helps them to enjoy their work more and advance further in their lives and careers. Devin’s range of industry expertise includes the military, private sector, service industry, retail, food, financial industry and nonprofits.
Devin is fully invested in his thriving family in Auburn Washington. His greatest pride is in being the husband of his wife, Brittney, and the father of their 2 awesome boys, JC and Luke.
