Revitalizing Your Community Leadership – Seeking Volunteers In A Pandemic & Beyond
We all know how challenging it is to find volunteer leaders in our communities even in “the best of times.” For some communities, it has been easier to find committee and Board members when so many owners are working from home. Attending meetings virtually has been a good fit for younger owners or non-resident owners. For others, the “technological divide” and fewer day-to-day social interactions has made it harder than ever to convince neighbors their service is needed.
Join us for a panel discussion of experiences in building strong committees and recruiting Board members before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, and what ideas we can share and leverage to carry us forward from here.
