Part of CAI and WSCAI’s mission is to provide education and educational materials for our members. CAI provides many online and classroom learning opportunities for community managers, homeowner leaders and business partners. Many of these educational programs provide credit toward fulfilling requirements for professional credentials and certifications.

WSCAI Education Resources and Opportunities
WSCAI also provides local members with education that is relevant to common-interest communities in Washington State. Each year, WSCAI offers over 25 educational opportunities from one-hour monthly manager-specific education to full-day events for all members. These opportunities include seminars, workshops, conferences and educational programs, with most leading to professional designations for community managers and other industry professionals.

Professional Credentials and CAI Designations
CAI Professional Credentials and Designations are useful if you are a manager, insurance and risk management consultant, reserve provider or attorney wishing to enhance your career. CAI awards qualified professionals and companies with credentials to improve the quality and effectiveness of community management.
In addition, the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) awards the Certified Manager of Community Associations® (CMCA®) certification.
