Join CAI Today!

In order to empower communities to serve at their best abilities, CAI offers different membership benefits to the various types through annual dues structures. Each membership type with CAI will provide you with insider insight on the latest innovations in communities worldwide, time- and money-saving tools, and opportunities to share information and knowledge with your peers.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS:

Community

$310/Annually

This membership is for your community and includes up to 20 seats, which can be used for your entire board, committee(s), committee chairs, homeowners, etc. Any property owner in your community is eligible to be added to your community membership. 

 

CAI is committed to helping homeowners and homeowner volunteer leaders enrich their communities. Through CAI, you can learn about innovations in other communities, access time and money-saving tools and take advantage of opportunities to share information and knowledge with your peers.

Having your community board, committee members, and/or active volunteers connected to CAI is the best way to ensure you are making informed decisions—and an excellent way to help your board members achieve the results, respect and recognition they deserve.

Individual Homeowner

$130/Annually

This membership is for individual property owners within a community association (must be in WA state), you do not need to be community board member, only a property owner within a community. 

If your community association is not ready to join CAI, but as a proactive homeowner, you would like to be privy to the training, service provider connections, informative publications, legislative updates and reference material provided by WSCAI, you may join as an individual homeowner.

Membership for managers in your company is not included with a Management Company membership. Individual Manager memberships must be purchased.
